Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) said former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe is lucky he was only fired and not prosecuted for improperly leaking information to a reporter and then lying about it.
Partial transcript as follows:
KENNEDY: Well, let me- let me say it again. There were and perhaps still are some people at the FBI, one of whom was Mr. McCabe, who helped politicize the agency. Whe- when an FBI agent knocks at your door, you shouldn’t have to worry about whether you’re a Democrat or a Republican and whether that makes a difference. And- and Mr. McCabe has helped politicize that agency and- and that’s wrong. He- he really– he should be ashamed and he should hide his head in- in a bag. And we- we have got to–
MARGARET BRENNAN: What do you mean politicize?
KENNEDY: –clean house over there.
BRENNAN: Clean house? What do you mean by that?
KENNEDY: Well he has– Mr. McCabe– well let me back up and say this, Margaret. I’m talking about people over there who were both for Trump and for Clinton. Now they’re entitled to have a personal opinion but they’re not entitled to act on it or leave the- the impression that they acted on it. And- and I think McCabe did that. I think he’s part of a group over there that think they were– they- they think they’re smarter and more virtuous than the American people. And- and I think it hurt the FBI badly. Mr. McCabe is also in– at the present time, playing the role of huckster. He’s trying to- to sell a book. And he was fired for lying to his- his fellow FBI agents.

He is a RAT. DOJ does not go after RATs,
just those associated with Trump.

Wow. He lied to Congress. If that was actually a punishable crime we wouldn’t have the jails to house the offenders. Instead we get a few token Republican and virtually no Democrat convictions
And of course the fact that McCabe was at the center of a PLOT to dislodge a sitting President based on the 25th amendment which specially requires a disability so great that he President is incapable of preforming his duties.
McCabe’s rational for that: Hillary’s Dossier. He was “worried” and felt he needed to save the country from Russian control of the Presidency.
Want to know why everyone hates Congress and politicians, in general? Because they make bullsh*t statements like this, run their suck thinking that no one is paying attention. And all they’re doing is verifying to us that there are different justice systems for THEM and the Little People. He knows that McCabe committed crimes and does nothing but run his mouth.
Why isn’t he on tv every day, wanting to know why he hasn’t been indicted? Because he’s neck deep in the swamp too.
I don’t know much about the Gateway Pundit. Don’t know if they’re more tabloid than legitimate. A line from the piece....Fox News reporter Adam Housley reported on Twitter tonight about the firing of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, stating his sources were telling him that in the past few days McCabe threatened to “take people down with him” if he was fired.
But, lets just say, for a moment that the reporting in this piece is 100% accurate. The guy just threw it out there. Prosecute him til the end of the earth and get EVERYONE. But they don’t. They don’t want to take the chance that one of theirs might go down. While any of us would be dragged down the street to the nearest federal prison.

Yea, I guess it’s not a good idea to prosecute a person who knows about all of the skeletons in the closets and where all of the bodies are buried.
MARGARET, I want to see people indicted for sedition:
McCabe, Comey, Baker, Yates, Strozk, Page, Ohr, Preisap, Lynch, etc.
Public trials, sentencing and executions.

Huh? McCabe needs to be tried and executed. The FBI is police state trash and needs to be eliminated.
Isn’t he under a grand jury (still in progress).
