I understood it as a possible (trade secret) but want to know what it is. It “hints” of being something other than being the normal copper.

All of this can be found in James Clerk Maxwell's original 200 field equations before they were butchered by Oliver Heaviside into only four vector equations.
Tesla used the original equations as best he could understand them to construct his devices and discover AC electricity.

See the Video I posed at #68 for a different, but similar explanation. Basically, a craft captures a local gravity pocket within which the occupants ride, the craft itself skims above the gravity field so that the faster the craft goes, the faster it can go - as I remember.
The occupants remain in a one gee field - no matter what the external gees might appear to an outside observer - so the craft can go at most any speed changing direction instantaneously without any effect on the occupants.
Best guess is the precise and purity of alloy and crystals, probably all nano. And quality and quantity of currents. Finding the right combination through extensive calculations and experiments. Correct proportions, angles and spacing. Pretty much everything but the basic design.

I read about at least two of these about 12 years ago in an odd physics magazine I got at a local Barnes and Noble.
I suspect if the gravity wave generator were a workable device it would not have gone to the patent office but would be locked at someplace like Skunk Works in mile deep secrecy.
Gold and Fluid mercury is what I suspect.
Absolutely... And as pointed out to me one time a few months ago when discussing zero point it could be for a very good reason.
Not everyone can be trusted with this knowledge. Not yet...
