The cake appears baked on the privileged resolution of disapproval about President Donald Trump's use of a national emergency declaration to secure the money he wants to build a border wall on the southern border.
After the House majority approved the resolution with 245 votes -- including 13 Republicans -- the Senate is now set to vote on it in the coming days. And the question is not if the resolution will pass, but how many Republicans will break from Trump and support it.

So, end of the day doesn’t really matter... Only exposes folks who will be targeted in their next primaries.
Honestly, for me personally, I don’t care about the symbolic voting that is going to go on on this one.... I am not crazy about the emergency declaration path myself, but its clear Congress is broken and won’t do its job on this, so, little is left to be done other than executive exercising his authority to do something since congress does nothing.

They already have four - Collins, Murkowski, Tillis, and Paul. I thing Gardner will be five. I can see Alexander, Romney, Ernst, and McSally voting against it.
Cruz has said he is still pondering if it’s Constitutional.
That means he’s up in the air on it himself.

Paul claims at least 10 Republicans will vote against the emergency. I hope that's high but we'll see.
What do we vote for these F’rs for?
This just angers me no end.
Alexander is retiring in 2020 so he has nothing to lose. Good Riddance to the Oath Breaking RINO.
