Colorados Cory Gardner has a difficult, but doable, roadmap for re-election
Under normal circumstances, Sen. Cory Gardner would be a clear favorite for re-election. Personable and politically astute, the Colorado Republican ran a terrific campaign in 2014 to oust Democratic incumbent Mark Udall. But President Donald Trump has energized partisan Democrats and alienated suburban swing voters nationally, and that has made Gardner the most vulnerable GOP senator up for re-election in 2020.
Still, it would be unwise for Democrats to count their Colorado chickens before theyve hatched. Gardner has an uphill fight, but its not an impossible one.

He has been voting more with Democrats than Republicans. RINO
He’s gong to lose it anyway if their new law on the allocation of their electoral college votes to the “winnner” of the national popular vote is upheld. Colorado is handing their EC votes to California.
It has been the lifes work of Bush League Republicans to fundamentally transform this country.
They are not going to allow us to stop it, much less reverse it unless they are removed from office.
In 2020, these Senators must be replaced with patriots who side with the citizens and the rule of law:
Gardner, McSally, Daines, Collins, Cornyn, Capito, Enzi, Rounds, Graham, Tillis, Sasse, Hyde-Smith, McConnell.
Say what ??
As hard as I try I can’t think of one Republican senator who is worth my time. I don’t care what happens to them.
And Hillary will win the election 100%.
They allow the Republicans to confirm judges. Isn't that enough?
That depends on how many dope smokers forget to go to the polls or forget to mail that absentee ballot.
Colorado is roughly 30% dem, 30% Republican and 40% Independant
As hard as I try I cant think of one Republican senator who is worth my time. I dont care what happens to them.
You may not be interested in Republican senators, but Democrat senators are interested in your wallet, your gasoline car, your guns, your beef diet, and your healthcare.
Colorado has joined the compact to allocate electoral votes to the national popular vote winner. However, that compact does not go into effect until enough states with a total of 270 electoral votes join the compact. Doubtful that they will achieve that goal.
If it happens, there will be a Constitutional challenge and this will most likely be found to be unconstitutional.
Looking at 2020:
Deserving of re-election: Inhofe, Sullivan, Cotton, Perdue, Risch, Ernst, Cassidy.
Deserving of Cantorization: Gardner, McSally, Daines, Collins, Cornyn, Capito, Enzi, Rounds, Graham, Tillis, Sasse, Hyde-Smith, McConnell.
then get used to being ruled by Dems.
The time to get rid of liberal Republican Senators is during the primaries. In the general election, the only real question is whether you want Chuckie Schumer to control the Senate.
If the democrats retake the Senate, no Trump nominee will ever even make it to the floor for a vote again.
>>suburban swing voters<<
Or, idiots who only watch CNN and believe their crap.
“If the democrats retake the Senate, no Trump nominee will ever even make it to the floor for a vote again.”
And this is why we need to get as many judicial vacancies filled this year. There are currently 159 vacancies, with only 53 nominees currently. In 2020, the RATs will do everything in their power to invoke the upcoming election as a reason why the Senate should stop confirming any of Trump’s nominees.
Way too broad a brush. I think cotton is a stand out. I wish trump had picked him for VP
As long as incumbents are returned at app. 95%, any hope at Cantorization remains in the realm of Powerball odds. I’m saddled with Toomey & Casey and both are as useless as teats on a bull. I’m a Trump supporter and voter; all others are major suckage.
