Trevor Noah, the host of “The Daily Show,” raised eyebrows after he joked that a war between Pakistan and India would “probably be the most entertaining” of all time, saying that Indian soldiers would enter battle dancing Bollywood style.
“It would be the longest war of all time,” he said, according to The Hollywood Reporter. “Another dance number?”
Swara Bhasker, an Indian actress, called Noah’s comments “ignorant and racist.” She reportedly said, “Ur set smacks of essentialism & a patronizing generalization.” Another Indian comedian wrote, “If you’re going to be a racist comic than at least get the comic bit right.”

Do people also get called racist for making jokes about Americans? If so, what race is American?
Because I’m pretty sure Americans are all literally the exact same person, and jokes get made about us all the time, and a good amount of them are not good natured, but I don’t see people getting called out for making racist “American” jokes.
We have lost the ability to laugh at ourselves, and people take themselves entirely too seriously, to the point of being dangerously insane.
Comedy is dead.

I got what he was going for and it could have been funny - like a ‘blazing saddles’ type joke. Problem is his delivery, timing, and writing were all sloppy at best.
Bollywood can be made fun of the same way that kung-fu, westerns, operas, Shakespeare, and other genres can be made fun of. The length of many Bollywood movies alone is subject to farce.
But again ... he just wasn’t good at it.
The last time I checked they were evil Caucasians.
But at least the Indian use of nukes would be more well coriographed. :)
For the most part, nukes are just big bombs, like the MOAB. There are few o them that actually represent that 1950’s doomsday risk. They are not a good thing, to be sure. But beyond the damage they do when they go off, they are not nearly as scary as we’ve been conditioned to believe.

Last month me and my brother made this bet, actually more like a study, to see if the left could go one entire day with bringing up an accusation of racism. So far not one day has made it, me or him always find something. Literally every-single-day they make an accusation of racism and I think what I am going to do for the next few months is make a daily copy of every article I find and make it into a video just to show how out of control these wackos are.
I’m still trying to figure out how he got an employment visa.

Mel Brooks said not too long ago that due to the current atmosphere of political correctness, he would hot be able to make a film like "Blazing Saddles" today.
