FULL TITLE: Bill de Blasio’s wife can’t account for $850 million the NYC mayor gave her for mental health project
Far-left New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, who won the approval of radical Democrats (and socialists) everywhere last month by vowing to wrest wealth from the “wrong hands” and redistribute it into the right ones, has hinted loudly that he intends to run for president in 2020. I would estimate that his chances of discovering a new planet in our solar system are better, but — hey — it’s his funeral.
Of course before he officially throws his hat in the ring, he’s going to need to tie up a few loose ends at home, most notably the whereabouts of the $850 million in taxpayer money he entrusted to this wife, Chirlane McCray, to fund the mental health program she champions.
“In the three years it has been running,” writes the Daily Mail, “organizers at ThriveNYC have largely failed to keep records of the initiative’s achievements — and data that has [sic] been collected shows it lagging well behind targets.”
Equally troubling, “the data also showed almost 190,000 Narcan kits were handed out to hospital [sic] where opioid use is common, but there is no evidence of how many were used.”
And now there’s that pesky missing $850 million. Actually, the organization’s record-keeping is so faulty that when asked by Politico to provide a line-item budget, it provided two. “One, from from City Hall, showed $594 million in spending, but a second, from the Independent Budget Office, showed $816 million.”
As though would-be candidate de Blaios’s problems with the public trust and his ability to handle large sums of money weren’t massive enough, earlier this week he announced he was pulling the plug on his failed Renewal school program, which set the city back another $773 million.
You reckon that will happen? In our lifetime?
That deserves repeating.
DiBlasio is as corrupt as Peron or Maduro ever hoped to be.

I posted this story last week, with my own thoughts on the despicable trash DumblASSio calls his “co-mayor”-—who no one elected. She is a black lesbian with a druggie daughter. Her “background” includes being a “writer, a poet, and an activist”. Yeah, one of THOSE. She has no educational or experiential background to administer any sort of program. A mental health program? Administered by a lesbian with a druggie daughter? That’s really rich. Look for some newly-enriched gay groups and an offshore account for DumblASSio.
