Honestly, I was not expecting this. I thought they’d just sweep it under the rug as it wasn’t violence against a liberal.
Would be nice for the nearest conservative politician to get involved.

Without sounding too “Brownshirt”ish, these conservative college kids do need a few folks around them that can handle themselves when they set things up like this.
In essence, if you’re going to do any sort of conservative activity on campus, or anywhere now, you need bodyguards.

If I recall correctly Obama sent in his DOJ whenever they suspected a "hate" crime.
One of the most totally easy cases to prove, with a perfect still photo, and superb, clear videos. Nevertheless, the criminals’ willing, deliberate accomplices, the entire UC Berkley organization, the Berkley police, the Berkley government, and the local DA haven’t even publicly identified the subhuman, even though they know his full identity.

People are saying the assailant is Michael Hornsby, who was arrested by Berkeley police at the August 5, 2018 Antifa attacks. They did have mug shots posted, but the Left harassed the police department until they were removed from their twatter page.
Just my speculation:
I think that Sandmann being represented by some legal firepower is giving some people second thoughts about sweeping such instances under the rug. Why?
Berkeley realized that they may be facing real legal liability if they continue to blow off the assault. What if the assault victim winds up being represented by similar legal counsel, a high profile aggressive attack dog type?
The left has used lawfare before, why not us?
Sue the pukes to the point where they have to join the homeless. And the same for those who sweep such incidents under the rug.
Probably try8ng t9 figure out how to charge the victim for throwing his face in front of the attacker’s fist.

I agree with you. I didn’t mean to put you off with that four hour comment. It was an inside joke, we knowing how rare it is to find a Conservative politician these days in the area of Berzerkly in particular.
It seems to me the kid probably started taking video of the guy when the guy started acting out, before the video clip started rolling.
Some folks are blasting both the kid and the videographer for not retaliating. Gotta tell ya, when sorting it out it’s a lot easier this way. Nobody can claim we were just as much at fault.
This guy is hung out to dry, because we didn’t lift a finger to oppose him.
Granted, that’s risky. It’s bound to pay off though.
I don’t like the idea this is the best way to clearly frame how bad the Left is today. I do think this will have an effect on people.
Soros may be able to pay folks to be out there, but he’s not going to be willing to do their jail time.
More than a few lefties will be saying, “Screw that. I’m out of the violence game.”
This will be on their adult record.
We just have to follow through and make sure this guy gets what is coming to him legally.
That means him being documented to be a physically violent individual. It will put the university on record too.
They need to have officers out there to protect our people.
An fight with both sides tossing blows, would not have had this sort of result.
