Tommy Robinson banned from Facebook and Instagram
The Guardian UK ^ | Tue 26 Feb 2019 | Alex Hern and Jim Waterson

Tommy Robinson, the far-right founder of the English Defence League, has been permanently banned from Facebook and Instagram for repeatedly breaking policies on hate speech, Facebook said.

The company said Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, broke rules that ban public calls for violence against people based on protected characteristics; rules that ban supporting or appearing with organised hate groups; and policies that prevent people from using the site to bully others.

The decision to ban Robinson from the social media sites could threaten his ability to reach large audiences. He is already banned from Twitter and the decision to cut him off from Instagram and Facebook will leave him reliant on YouTube as the only major online platform to provide him with a presence.

This kind of nonsense is precisely why I quit Facebook. You all should quit as well.

Who’d have thought bullying would be acceptable and all the rage now?

The tighter the Quisling squeeze their grip, the more Britons will slip through their fingers.

Far right? Good grief. Let’s be honest. He’s been banned because he makes an extraordinarily persuasive case and they are scared to death of him.

On the one hand, yes it stinks,

On the other hand, who needs Facebook or Instagram?

I checked out Facebook a little bit when it was new but bagged even before all the controversy. It was obviously bad for privacy.

Never did Instagram.

I disagree. These kinds of things prove that the Facebooks and Twitters of this world are terrified that their perceived enemies will use their networks to undermine their political allies. By leaving, you're giving them what they want.

I realized when these social media sites started popping up many years ago that they were tools of evil, and that by joining you were becoming the Product of Truly Evil people only to be bought and sold like a $2 whore. I have never joined a single one, Looks like I was right

And now Amazon is banning his book on the Koran. I ordered his “Enemy of the State” book while I still could.

They’re burning books now folks!

He should be able to get sufficient backing to set up his own website. Then he wouldn't have to rely on third-party web hosts and applications.

I’m now using bitchute.com more instead of YouTube - it is a decentralized platform.

It is EPIC!!! :)

John Sweeney can argue all he wants that things said we’re “jokes taken out of context” but he knows d*mn well he does the same thing and the excuses he has aren’t tolerated by the left (”I have gay friends”, etc. after “homophobic” comments).

His body language revealed his panic, he was not expecting this. Internet gold!!

I forgot to add that the organization, HopeNotHate, mentioned in Tommy's Panodrama documentary/exposé, which you've linked above, is apparently funded by George Soros. IMO, a source of many of the world's ills, including the funding of the overrunning of Europe, and other parts of the world, by primarily Muslims.

The Panodrama documentary is indeed devastating! What he says about the Fake BBC Media goes for our Fake Media, as well.

I've been a customer of theirs for well over a decade. I belong to their Unlimited Book Club, and I buy many books from them, not listed in the unlimited volumes, every year. I'm going to write them and ask them to please reconsider this.
