To keep my weight under control, I shop every 4 days and keep nothing around beyond that. If I keep it around, I'll eat it.
I inherited the compulsive eating gene from my father who ate himself to death, so I maintain an iron discipline toward my eating habits.
But you're right about my Italian cooking. If I have someone over for dinner, they walk out happy.
