House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) on Sunday warned the Department of Justice against withholding special counsel Robert Mueller's final report and threatened action if the report isn't released.
Schiff, appearing on ABC's "This Week," threatened to subpoena the report, bring Mueller in to testify before Congress and take the Trump administration to court if the findings aren't made public.
"We are going to get to the bottom of this," Schiff said. "We are going to share this information with the public. And if the president is serious about all his claims of exoneration, then he should welcome the publication of the report.”
Mueller is investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election and possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Moscow. At the conclusion of the special counsel's investigation, Mueller is required to submit a written report to the attorney general.
Attorney General William Barr, who was confirmed earlier this month, did not commit during his confirmation hearing to making Mueller's final report public, however.
Schiff said Sunday that Barr will have a "tarnished legacy" if he tries to "bury" any part of the report.
"If he (Barr) were to try to withhold, try to bury any part of this report, that will be his legacy. And it will be a tarnished legacy," he said. "So I think there will be immense pressure not only on the department but on the attorney general to be forthcoming."

I agree with Schiff on this. The only reason they would withhold it is if it were exculpatory to Trump.

They stopped caring about that months ago. Now it's Cohen, Manafort, Trump Tower Moscow, Don Jr. ANYTHING that even suggests a titilating rumor about a Trump business connection to Russia will be used as a tangent for 50 hearings.

Mueller report will say Hillary was behind everything
Schiff is the Deep State’s spokesperson. He has been a weekly fixture on the Sunday shows since Trump was inaugurated. His job is to simply obscure and muddy the waters so that the real scandal of Trump being spied on doesn’t gain traction with the people.
Schiff is preparing for a report finding no collusion. If that happens, he will claim that it’s not the complete report and that President Trump is withholding the parts that prove collusion. Then the House Democrats will proceed with an impeachment inquiry for President Trump obstructing justice by hiding the phantom parts of the report.
Typical Democrat no mind.
But, then again, what else can they elect?
