To be honest, I don't know.
Just a couple of weeks ago the great baseball player Frank Robinson died. (He was one scary hitter.) There were people on the net giving him hell for being the first black player in baseball. They hadn't noticed Frank Robinson was NOT Jackie Robinson.
Stupidity .... AND .... the willingness to SHOW THAT IGNORANCE is so wide spread these days it's unreal.
Nearly every one of those individuals was probably either a college student or graduate, a bunch of over-educated ignoramuses who couldn’t tell the difference between a clean shaven WW II general in a WW II uniform and a bearded Civil War general in a nineteenth century Civil War uniform. Someone confused Frank Robinson for Jackie Robinson? Egad, Jackie is in a place by himself, not that Frank wasn’t one of the best. At least he didn’t confuse him with Brooks Robinson :) I can tell I’m old; I know these all these guys but I haven’t a clue about who plays today. For me Curt Flood, and his slavery complaint, was the beginning of the end of professional baseball for me. For my baseball fix you can still find me in the summer at the little league field down the road. Among the best years of my life were spent with my son coaching his teams.
