Writer/reporter Luke Thompson divulged last week that Rep. Alexander Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY, set up her boyfriend, Riley Roberts, with an official house.gov email address, noting that he was “drawing a salary on the taxpayer’s dime.”
The self-avowed democratic socialistic was quick to dispute that notion, responding to say Roberts was set with the email account to access her Google calendar, which may not be entirely within House rules, given that they don’t appear to be married — the haste in which Ocasio-Cortez responded verified the accuracy of the boyfriend having a government email address.
And Thompson is back this week with even more damning information regarding the alleged proletariat who claims to be fighting the political class. Information that, if true, says more about Ocasio-Cortez adapting to the DC swamp than it does about her fighting it.
Taking to Twitter, Thompson lays out a case where Ocasio-Cortez’s boyfriend was paid $6,000 by a PAC owned by Saikat Chakrabarti, now her chief of staff, at a time “when her campaign was running out of money.”

I think people like AOC help patriotic Americans advance our ideals. Also, the commies may be useful in removing this awful cabal that is entrenched and actually still running America. I knew “they” would target her and any real commie in much the same way “they” target PT.
Let’s see how the Democrats deal with this allegation. Normally we’d expect them to sweep it under the rug, nothing to see here, everyone does it, etc. So if they - especially powerful “theys” like Pelosi, don’t take that approach and make it seem like a big deal, that will be a clue.
I’m not convinced her 15 minutes of fame are up, nor am I convinced that she won’t be around for some time to come.
15 minutes after she breaks wind the news media is telling us about how sweet it smells.
As much as I’d like to see her face legal proceedings over this, I’d rather give her more time to go out of office in an even bigger spectacle. With her track record as being fired from Hot Dog on a Stick for incompetence I somehow don’t think we’ll have to wait very long. I’d love to see her do as much damage to the Democratic Party as possible.

Hey the chassis is not bad, the headlights look like they work, the body damage looks to be minimumal. Don’t want to stare at the grill too long but all in all in my old Navy days, she’d take the edge off a sea deployment for a night. Gotta keep her quiet or have some ear plugs. IMHO
She’s been on one of those treadmills for a while, I bet. Just the one stuffed in the corner that no one uses.
She’s a fraud just like the last occupant of the White House is. That whole sob story about how much it cost her to maintain her condo in the Bronx. The one that her dad paid off and all she was doing was paying the co-op fees and property taxes. At $1000/month, that isn’t too bad living in NYC. Not when folks are paying that much and more just in property taxes, before they make their house not and all the other expenses.
Now, after a few cameras and mic’s have been shoved in her face, she’s wanting to lead the treadmill class. I think she’s about to get an education. And I’m doubting the Dem leadership will be eager to throw her a lifeline, unless she swears allegiance to the Pelosi/Schumer altar, shuts her mouth and does as she’s told.

I suspect this is a shot across the bow. The other criminals in congress and the media are laying for her. They know she is a baby in the sea of corruption that is congress and the media. May they all cancel out each other and out each other’s corruption
