Former “Never Trump” Koch brothers executive Marc Short, once President Trump’s White House Legislative Affairs Director, is now rejoining the administration as Vice President Mike Pence’s Chief of Staff after a brief stint as a CNN commentator.
On social media, Pence confirmed his intention to hire Short as his Chief of Staff:
I am pleased to announce that Marc Short will be returning to the White House to serve as my chief of staff. Marc will be joining the Office of the Vice President in March and we look forward to welcoming him to our great @VP Team!

Let’s see how it plays out. At first blush I am upset, but let us not rush to judgement. Liberals do that, conservatives should not. But we need to keep a close eye on him for sure.
Trump keeps hiring anti trump people then complains when they go south. Short is a Koch dirtbag. The last person who belongs in the White House.
Not a question about judgment.
Its a question about common sense.
Pence is to Trump, as Bush was to Reagan. A GOPe globalist who is there to try to keep Trump under control and then if all goes well, undo all of the Trump he can after Trump is gone, be it 2020 or earlier by whatever process they can finagle.
He has been WAY too silent about the coup and the Trump agenda. The Veep is supposed to be the attack dog.

I've never trusted or liked him. He was a terrible VP pick from day one. Picking Pence was the first mistake Trump made.......the first of many, too many.
After watching Pence’s body language at the GHWB funeral, I’m with you.
Why not, Paul could fill in until the clone McCain.
And that is why I am not happy at initial blush. But still, a rush to judgement is most always the wrong move to make. I would like to know why, because that is where the details are. I am certainly no fan of this man, nor am I a fan of the Cokehead brothers and their open borders for cheap labor designs.

Pence is worse VEEP than G.H.W. Bush to Reagan and mark my words, IF Pence runs for president, after Trump's 2 terms are over and wins...he'll be even worse than Bush was in his one and only term as president!

I am still disgusted Trump signed that bill last week. Now we have Pence making this open border a-hole his chief of staff. Jared has another ally and we have another enemy in the gates.
Pence is to Trump, what Hillary is to Trump. Pence is a neocon, and for an alleged Christian, he sure did confuse with his actions as IN governor in regards to protecting Christian small business from the homomafia, and renaming Common Core (while claiming to get rid of it). He’s a first grade snake.
Read my post, that I wrote BEFORE seeing yours. I wrote it independently and it just proves that we are both understand how BAD a thing this is!
Not draining the swamp,leaving holdovers,hiring those with questionable loyalty and agenda and getting putrid advisement is killing the administration.
