RALEIGH, N.C. A key witness testified Monday that she engaged in fraudulent and illegal activity involving absentee ballots in a congressional race in North Carolina as part of a get-out-the vote operation to benefit the Republican congressional candidate in a race that is still unresolved.
In frank testimony before the North Carolina State Board of Elections, Lisa Britt said that she was paid to collect absentee ballots in the 2018 election by McCrae Dowless, a political operative hired by consultants for Republican congressional candidate Mark Harris.
Britt said some of the ballots she collected were unsealed and uncompleted and testified she filled out the options left blank for Republican candidates an admission of vote tampering that violates North Carolina law.

And isn't it amazing how NBC decides to report ballot fraud ONLY when they can dig up something involving a Republican candidate?
Does this pass the *sniff* test?
GOTV worker hired by PolOp who was hired by consultants that were hired by the R-candidate’s campaign.
So, who in Harris’ campaign green-lighted the consultants?
If it’s true they all need to go to jail. Even the song bird.
Ballot fraud in the breaking news regarding NC sounds very familiar to “harvesting votes” in venues where the dems won close races elsewhere.
She needs to spend many years in prison. Anyone who does this undermines the stability of our Republic.
In Hoboken, NJ, this is what they call tradition. Only a change of management in the DOJ led to the criminality exposing absentee ballot fraud in recent elections. FBI continues investigating:

Dowless is a decades-long fraudster. Britt is/was his step-daughter. I have followed and reported on NC voting fraud/ballot tampering, election dirty tricks for almost 40 years. To me, this smells like a deliberate scheme to set up the republican candidate.
If there’s any good to come from this, It’s that it demonstrates how it is easy to do and that vote tampering is real.
Jail time. And, lots of it.

So ballet harvesting is illegal in NC, but legal in California. If the ballot harvesting in NC favored the Democrats, I wonder if it would still be an issue.
You cant win with lying scum politicians and their media lapdogs. We need to stand behind Trump and he needs to cross the Rubicon.
Will she and her cohorts be imprisoned? We need to slap these folks in jail and fine them bigly.
Only Republicans commit voter fraud, because only they admit to it when caught./s

I agree anyone doing this should go to jail.
However, after years of vote fraud by Dems, the cemetery vote,
more votes cast in Detroit precincts than total number of people in the region,
admitted illegally voting anonymous college students who giggled in interview about voting once at mom’s address and once in dorm and once at an old apt address for Dems,
and tens of thousands of illegal noncitizens voting without being checked for citizenship or proper name and address records,
NOW someone starts to enforce the voting laws when a GOP candidate benefitted. How touching.
Thanks Bloody Sam Roberts. Ooooh, a key witness?!? Just like in the Kavanaugh hearings?
silly wabbit- of course not
Imaginary Republican votes cancelling out imaginary democrat votes? How tragic!(/sarc)
Isn't that what the Democrats did in California?
In the late 1940s and early 50s I can remember my father talking about the “somebody” machine that controlled northern NJ politics. My late husband was born in Peoria. One day we were talking about the Daley Machine in Chicago, and he said, “not to worry, the Republican games in Southern Illinois pretty much balance out the vote.
