WASHINGTON Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said in an interview that aired Sunday that a "crime may have been committed" when President Donald Trump fired the head of the FBI and tried to publicly undermine an investigation into his campaign's ties to Russia.
McCabe also said in the interview with "60 Minutes" that the FBI had good reason to open a counterintelligence investigation into whether Trump was in league with Russia, and therefore a possible national security threat, following the May 2017 firing of then-FBI Director James Comey.

He added: "So all those same sorts of facts cause us to wonder is there an inappropriate relationship, a connection between this president and our most fearsome enemy, the government of Russia?"
This is an article from the liberal WRALTV newsroom.
Have at it.
Why? It’s all BS. Nobody believes them anymore. I hope they die in a fire.
Need the best response to send to the WRAL newsroom.
WASHINGTON Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said in an interview that aired Sunday that a "crime may have been committed" when President Donald Trump fired the head of the FBI and tried to publicly undermine an investigation into his campaign's ties to Russia.
Exactly right. Nobody believes them any more. It is a total fraud/hoax/witch hunt. And McCabe is a known liar. But that little fact is left out of this story.
It seems so.
It all sounds perfectly reasonable if you are a Democrat and voted for Hillary. There had to be some reason she didnt win the election by fifty points.
A two year investigation has shown that there were no campaign ties to Russia, and the firing of Comey was 100% legal and within the President's authority.
The basis for the FISA warrants and the ongoing Trump investigation was the bogus Steele Dossier, for which the funding source was the opposition party. This is the very definition of fruit of a poisoned tree. And two years in, theyve got nothing but process crimes and crimes that dont involve Trump.
A crime may have been committed, that for $30,000,000 worth of “investigation” there is no evidence or. VS The crime of speaking publicly about an open investigation, leaking of confidential information from within that investigation, 5he cover up of multiple felonies, the faking of information to obtain a FISA warrant, multiple counts of perjury in obtaining that warrant to spy on a Presidential candidate followed by attempting a coup on the President of the United states and Sedition.
Zero crime vs about 20 years in a military prison.
When you are in a hole dimwit, quit digging.
If it made you gag and it obviously is nonsense and we already knew how this man thought, then what is newsworthy about it that it deserves a thread?
Unless a person has a gag fetish :)
We almost give some air of credibility to all this complete nonsense by keeping it alive with these ridiculous articles.
We shouldn’t.
If there’s nothing NEW in the article, and there certainly ISN’T here, let it rot on the vine.
Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is digging a deeper hole for himself. How embarrassing for the FBI!
McCabe clearly does not understand our system of government. Is he so fully consumed by hate of President Trump that he has lost his ability to reason? How many more are there like him?
Didnt Rosenstein suggest to Trump that he get rid of Comey?
Indictment for McCabe in 5.. 4.. 3.. 2.. 1..
Not really, I crack myself up sometimes.
Yup, in writing I think too. That didn’t matter did it?
Thanks - yes - got those two responses for my reply to WRAL.
Sorry but part of the reason to post the article is to show that after ALL the truth that is out there, McCabe’s interview on 60 minutes was deemed “truthful” enough for my local news station to publish it. THAT was the reason for the gag. If you don’t like it, please don’t read it.
That is what I thought - a factoid ignored (among many) by the article’s author...and by WRAL’s decision to publish the article.
You think they're dug in like ticks now?
