It’s another emergency for Donald Trump.
The President has once again called for the NBC sketch comedy show “Saturday Night Live" to be investigated for making fun of him.
“Nothing funny about tired Saturday Night Live on Fake News NBC!” the President tweeted early Sunday morning. “Question is, how do the Networks get away with these total Republican hit jobs without retribution? Likewise for many other shows? Very unfair and should be looked into. This is the real Collusion!”
Fewer than nine hours prior to the President’s outburst, “SNL” opened their weekly show with actor Alec Baldwin mocking a rambling Friday press conference in which Trump declared, among other things, that the need for a wall on America’s southern border is an “emergency” despite statistics from his own administration that appear to contradict his claim.

The networks don’t have broadcast licenses. It’s the local affiliates who have licenses, and if you want to see a firestorm, start yanking licenses of local stations because the president thinks they’re unfairly making fun of him.
NPR and PBS are Propoganda wings of the DemonicRat party, and our tax dollars are supporting them, the same way that our tax dollars are supporting Planned Parenthood abortions.
“Congress shall make no law ...” doesn’t need an examination of intent. The Media are also not a monopoly. The president needs a thicker skin.

Actual broadcasting over the airwaves is a dying platform, and the diversity of new players in the media delivery business —Netflix, Amazon, etc.—show that it’s a competitive field.
People who abuse the definitions of words also tend to insist that Amazon.com is a monopoly. It seems the first thing to do in a debate is define our terms. That way, we’re not talking past each other so much.
That would be an Oligopoly not a monopoly. There is a big difference. Furthermore both Oligopolies and Monopolies are very legal entities. It’s only when they use their strength to abuse their powers by price fixing or disallowing entry to the market do they cross the legal lines. Neither of which is being done by the media. It is an open market
Alec Baldwin is a parody of his own self-inflated ego and out-of-control liberal rage—the kind that blames everyone else for his own character flaws and the troubles they cause him. And this is why Hollywood identifies with him so well.
Oh. And he is not funny. Hate disguised as comedy is not funny.

The best way to deal with SNL is to totally ignore this failing, low ratings show.

Tweet the issues people care about, Mr. Trump. If we have to tell you what they are — and SNL’s ridicule is not one of them — you’re in a heap of trouble.
For some reason AOC invokes recollections of the bug-eyed Sleestaks from “Land of the Lost.”

As bad as the mainstream media is, the government should not control them. As President, he should be above it.
This stuff reduces the credibility of his tweets.
And he should be savvy enough to know that focusing attention on SNL will help them.

Mr President please keep tweeting. You are driving the leftist scum to distraction and your real base (not the never trumpers here and elsewhere) just love it. You will be swept into your second term in a landslide. (PS those states who are passing new laws that make the nationals popular vote the direction their electoral vote must go will $h!t a brick when forced to go against their own state leftist voting block and be forced to vote for Trump)
