CBS reporter Scott Pelley, who interviewed McCabe for Sunday’s “60 Minutes,” said Thursday that McCabe told him using the 25th Amendment was discussed and that officials were “counting noses” — or speculating on who might support such an endeavor.
“There were meetings at the Justice Department at which it was discussed whether the vice president and a majority of the cabinet could be brought together to remove the president of the United States under the 25th Amendment,” Pelley said.
“And the highest levels of American law enforcement were trying to figure out what to do with the president.”
In the interview, McCabe also confirmed that he took Rosenstein’s offer to wear a wire when meeting with Trump in the White House so seriously that he discussed the idea with agency lawyers.

THEY HAD TO “MANUFACTURE” SOME EVIDENCE.
This nitwit thinks he will get away with this simply because he had GOOD INTENTIONS.

This mess is only going to accelerate if we don’t get some of these clowns like McCabe up between a rock & a hard place & get them to talking. Eventually maybe someone will spill the beans in such a way that some of the guilty(or preferably ALL the guilty)can be indicted,tried & prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Otherwise, it looks like it could go on at least until the next election, & that’s too long. This kind of stuff should & could have righteously happened when Obama was president.

McCabe and his fellow thugs thought they were the KGB of old - and had the 'right' to choose who would be President. Sorry you stupid bastard McCabe - but we're NOT a police state. And God Willing we'll put you and your thugs in prison - and you'll never see the United States be a police state.
I just can’t get over the fact that a person as qualified as Donald Trump is labeled unqualified to be President, and a person as totally unqualified as Barack Obama is labeled eminently qualified to be President. What a screwed up world we live in.
Pelley will act as defense attorney for McCabe, doing his best to defend him.
