A federal judge on Friday ordered limited gag order for longtime political operative Roger Stone as part of special counsel Robert Mueller’s case against the Trump ally. “Counsel for the parties and the witnesses must refrain from making statements to the media or in public settings that pose a substantial likelihood of material prejudice to this case,” U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson said.

But the MSM can convict the guy without a trial...
Berman is a corrupt, political Democrat judge. She should be removed from the bench since she in no way represents what a judge should be.

Because the FIB went to a lot of trouble to have CNN there for the arrest to poison the jury pool, and Stone can’t be allowed the opportunity to unpoison it because he would probably succeed.

BS! Mueller AND THIS JUDGE regularly issue statements to the press to prejudice the case. Why was CNN there, judge?
This entire case has been tried in the court of public opinion and the court has no right to silence the defendant from defending their selves from public attacks.

If Mr Stone has a gag order issued on him, all media should be banned from mentioning his name or anything about his association with this witch hunt. It is unfair that Mr Stone can’t defend himself in the court of public opinion while the media can crucify him continuously.

Stone saw this coming too which is why he hired a top notch FA firm. He is suing to have it removed.

The mueller-media conspiracy to video and show the “raid” on Stone’s home is totally unethical publicity and prejudicial.
A decent judge would throw out the entire case with prejudice because of that unjust action.

But of course, she would make that ruling plus get that case assigned to her. Hopefully, Stone will win his appeal of her getting the case, but I doubt it.
Zactly. The FBI can do a publicly televised Ben Laden raid on an unarmed Roger Stone, but Stone cant speak to his side of the story. Besides that, a defendant should never be gagged. He has a right to remain silent, not an obligation. Its loudmouth prosecutors that should be gagged.
Mueller's favorite go-to judge for all things cover-up.
