That shouldn't surprise you. Either he's lying, or he recognizes that this admission is basically harmless.
All you Freepers out there who are calling for McCabe to be prosecuted for "treason" or "sedition" because he wanted to remove the President from office under the 25th Amendment should cut back on your coffee intake. There's nothing criminal about discussing -- or even pursuing -- a course of action that is written into the U.S. Constitution.

It goes beyond their hatred of Trump.
The corrupt FBI needed to commit an additional crime of removing Trump thru a coup via phony collusion charges to coverup their earlier crimes of helping Hillary to smear Trump during the campaign with the fake dossier. A dossier bought thru a money laundering scheme with Fusion GPS to hide payments to foreign interests. That along with the involvement of the FBI to actually promote thie garbage in the dossier as if it were real to force an investigation.
