In a recent video to promote a World Government Summit in Dubai, legendary "Star Wars" actor Harrison Ford offered the usual litany of doom. "What does living in a 4-degrees-warmer world look like? Freshwater shortages. Higher greenhouse gas emissions. Unprecedented fires. Worldwide destruction. Is this the world we want?"
Ford added: "Our planet, the only home we've got, is suffering. This is the bare truth. This is our reality. It's up to you and me to act now to face the greatest moral crisis of our time, to take action. It is time to make a difference."
Leftists can make this kind of unproven doom case forever, and it never loses its "moral authority." It doesn't matter that they've been selling the end of humanity since at least 1968 when Paul Ehrlich published his ludicrous manifesto "The Population Bomb." Did we all die over the last 50 years? Does anyone point and laugh at the elite media who eagerly pushed that "fake news"?

Follywood Funnies. So, asshat ford like promoting "World Government" does he. Sad to tell him, his ilk will NOT be happy if that ever happens. There are those that are 'more eliter' than follywood assclowns.

I also heard that it occasionally causes small airplanes to lose control and come smashing into the ground.

Curious, the article doesn’t say how much Ford was paid to act or narrate that video?
I saw another video of him where he said he did the Kessel Run in 12 parsecs.
What to believe?

Ford could help reduce his greenhouse gas and carbon footprint to zero by evacuating the planet ASAP. BTW, did he fly to Dubai on a private jet like most of the other “World Government” concerned citizens?

Surely he swam and walked and sailed. In all ‘natural’ material was used too. Also we should believe that nothing at the world government summit was composed of anything derived from petroleum products. Right?

He needs to give up his personal plane he flies. It was at the Santa Paula airport. Not sure if it’s still there. He had/has a house in Camarillo from which he drives back and forth to Santa Paula to fly his plane. That’s a pretty big carbon footprint.
The people in that area see him all over the place all the time. My niece and I were having lunch at the airport and he was sitting at the table next to us. Everyone just ignores him.

The world actually WAS 4 degrees warmer circa 1400, during the Medieval Warming Period. The polar ice cap melted.
Eventually, it got colder, the Arctic polar ice cap froze and grew, and that was that.
Climate and weather are cyclical. Always have been, always will.
Harrison Ford is just trying to make himself relevant again, if he ever was.

Under their rules, all they have to do is allege a danger and the burden shifts to objective scientists to prove the contrary. They can come up with rebuttable scare stories faster than they can be rebutted.

Harrison Ford is a pig of a man and a hypocrite as well as a 'one note' overrated actor. He owns many airplanes and a helicopter that he has used to pick up lunch! He lives on a massive ranch in Jackson Hole Wyoming with cows that fart to 'destroy' the atmosphere. I don't give any credibility to people or theories that demand REgression of civilization. That's what Muslims and socialists want. A new Dark Age where they are in control and everyone is 'equal' . Equally submissive, dependent and miserable.
I personally hope Ford does a John Denver. He's too old and mentally impaired to fly-especially over populated areas. Even crashing he'll pollute the earth with fossil fuels.
