He asserted that the 600 miles of barriers currently at the border haven't made America safer, but have led to the deaths of 4,000 migrants

Beto O'Rourke said that he would take down existing walls and fences along the US-Mexico border if given the opportunity.
The former congressman from El Paso made the declaration in an MSNBC interview Thursday after the House and Senate passed a spending bill allocating $1.4billion for President Donald Trump's proposed border wall.
The White House said Thursday that Trump intends to sign the spending measure but will declare a national emergency 'to ensure we stop the national security and humanitarian crisis at the border'.
After the bill was passed by both chambers, Texas Rep Dan Crenshaw asked O'Rourke on Twitter: 'If you could snap your fingers and make El Paso's border wall disappear, would you?'
O'Rourke responded: 'Absolutely, I'd take the wall down.'

My local U-Haul dealer used to be a sleepy little shop. The last month or so, he's got dozens of trucks on his lot. Those people are coming in from somewhere, and we're not going to be able to get rid of them.
Hopefully he will get the Democratic nomination, run on that promise and give the American people a clear choice. If that Beto clown or another like minded Democrat actually got elected then there would be no doubt that the greatest Republic the world has ever known is ending.

There are 48 land=based legal ports of entry along the US/Mexico border, plus more than 300 ports of entry at seaports and airports. I sure don’t understand why people can’t or won’t go to ports of entry. Do you?

I wouldn’t be surprised that he would not hesitate, nor would Mexican cartels, to destroy any wall with explosives. How is it possible to stop that?

I’m a senior citizen, but I would consider traveling down there if it meant a chance to throw him OVER the wall.
Maybe we should start with a piñata party , with one of him as the effigy we could beat the balls off of. Turn around is fair play, and all that.

Trump continues to cause the traitors and scofflaws among us to reveal themselves. It is up to the voters to decide to take power away from these loathsome people.

I often wonder if the continued support by some elected officials for illegal immigration isn’t designed to break the whole system. Because it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that providing welfare for all illegal invaders who want to come in isn’t sustainable. The losers in this battle will be the elderly, the disabled, etc., etc. The whole system is going to collapse.
