Democrat legislators added numerous aid and welfare programs in the 2019 spending bill to support the growing wave of economic migrants, even as they agreed to provide $1,375 billion for construction of a border wall.
The border spending bill for the Department of Homeland Security offers “$192,700,000 for improved medical care, transportation, and consumables to better ensure the health and safety of migrants who are temporarily in U.S. Customs and Protection] custody,” according to a congressional Explanatory Statement of the provisions.
The spending includes funds to aid and feeds economic migrants as they journey across the border towards jobs in U.S. cities, as well as funds to bus the migrants from the border to pro-migration non-profits:

Get money to build the wall from defense, homeland security, NIH, and housing. Illegal immigration is draining all 4 of those departments, so using money from them is justifiable.

The listed provisions and restrictions in this article alone show that Congress has become an organization in opposition to the US. These are provisions that aid the invasion by an enemy army. What needs to be done, and won’t be, is for an enraged mob of millions of patriotic citizens to surround the Capitol and drag out the traitors who infest it.

I would love to see President Trump take that money, declare that it has not been committed, and use the uncommitted funds to build the Wall. I'm not sure exactly what uncommitted money can be repurposed, but this one would make me smile for a year.
Time for the president to tell Congress to shove this bill up their illegal immigrant loving butts and declare the national emergency! We have Benedict Arnolds X 100 in Congress screwing all of us!
