A court filing from Roger Stones attorneys documents how CNN was in possession of a sealed indictment long before the court ordered it to be released.
For weeks, we have been hearing CNN claim again and again that their presence at Stones home ahead of the FBIs pre-dawn raid was a combination of luck and good reporting. They have since built on that fairy-tale, describing their propagandist filming of Stones arrest the result of watching unusual grand jury activity in the days leading up to January 25th.
However, we at The Gateway Pundit reported exclusively how the metadata on a draft copy of the indictment obtained by a CNN reporter and sent to Rogers attorney after his arrest showed a save date of two days prior to the January 25th unsealing of the court documents following the Stones arrest. This proved that CNN illegally obtained a copy of the grand jury indictment, and now Mr. Stones attorneys are demanding the Muellers office explain themselves.
According to the filing, Stone is laying out exactly how CNN came into possession of the illegally leaked document, which lead to their stake out in front of Stones South Florida home an hour before the FBI arrived on scene. Last week, home surveillance video of the raid was released by Infowars, and showed FBI agents coordinating with CNN to position their film crew to televise Mr. Stones arrest.

nothing says this is a death record
Back in the early 90’s the CNN news production vans had U.S. government tags on them. I asked one of the crews at an interstate gas rest stop “Why do you have government tags?” He answered with a “Why do you think?” And laughed......
America is dead.
Nothing will happen.
Martin Ginsburg died in 2010 at the age of 78
It will be a sad, but expected day, when the “friends in low places” finally stand up to the corruption.
Because too many high ranking GOP were involved in the coup, make that ARE involved in the coup.
I want to own his lying ass! 😄
More fake news from Gateway Pundit.
It was sealed until after the arrest. That is the smoking gun takeaway.
Of course it was created before the arrest. Duh!
More fake news from the poster of this "article" too.
GP isn't worth printing to wipe my arse with after I take an Obama.
ARE YOU SERIOUS?? The reporter, Josh Campbell, was a Special Assistant to James Comey?? Tell me that’s a joke.
The FBI needs to clean house...
A portion of the FBI is colluding with the rest of the Deep State and with anti-American journalists to overthrow the duly-elected President of the United States? I’m shocked! Shocked, I say!
Yes, I am serious, and don't call me Shirley. (Airplane joke.)

On February 2, 2018, Campbell published an op-ed in The New York Times entitled "Why I Am Leaving the FBI", which outlined his criticism of current attacks on the FBI by the Donald Trump administration and Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee.[12][16] He has remained a vocal critic of efforts to undermine the Robert Mueller Special Counsel investigation and has defended the Justice Department from political attacks.[17][18][19]

The Liberal fascists are still networking to undermine the justice system of our country.
A RICO investigation is long over due into their criminal enterprise, a bunch of low life liberal fascist racketeers who deserve jail time.
And I can tell you if it does not stop, it can and will cause CWII.
America will not tolerate being run down Saul Alinsky bunny holes by these Liberal Fascists much longer.

When this thing first started, I would have wholeheartedly agreed with you. Now, not so much. More that most know, pretty much ever federal agency/administration, has some law enforcement element as part of it. I probably couldn’t fathom a guess as to how many, but there dozens and dozens. HUD has a law enforcement branch to enforce and investigate crimes on federally subsidized housing. Social Security has their own agents so they can make arrests in a disability case.
With that being said, each one has it’s own little piece of a gigantic puzzle. The FBI, however, does a little bit of everything. It’s huge. They need work and they go out and seek it.
Homeland Security wasn’t even supposed to have Special Agents. It was supposed to have representatives from each agency to deconflict investigations, share information and coordinate assistance.
My point...there’s nothing the FBI does, that can’t be done by another agency. There is so much redundancy with the work these different agencies do. So, it’s time to bid it a fond farewell. It is too corrupt and poisoned and powerful. And it’s only all of that, because we’ve allowed and continue to allow it. I’ve worked with the FBI and have worked alongside some amazing people. But, it really is a rather scandal ridden agency that gets way more credit and respect than it deserves.
Eliminate it. Let the agents apply for vacancies in other agencies. Let the ones that can retire, retire, and then drive a stake through it. It cannot be rehabilitated at this point.
If I was the judge it would.
