Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn, reportedly retweeted then deleted a Twitter post that accused her of anti-Semitism after she was called out from both sides of the aisle for tweeting that the U.S. relationship with Israel is “all about the Benjamins, baby.”
The tweet she reportedly reposted was from Joshua Zeitz, a historian. The tweet in question began as though he was supportive of the freshman congresswoman's earlier comments. He wrote that he's "one of those American Jews who opposes the occupation, laments Israel’s anti-democratic drift, and doesn't regard the country as especially central to my Jewish identity."
The tweet continues, "And I know exactly what the congresswoman meant. She might as well call us hooked-nosed."
Mediaite picked up a screen grab of the retweet, which was soon deleted. There was speculation that Omar may have retweeted the critical tweet after only reading the first few sentences.
Fox News reached out to Omar's office early Monday and did not get an immediate response.

I'm not surprised the new face of Democrat bigotry is ignorant as well as an antisemite. AIPAC is not a Pac, they do not make political donations because it's against the law. Jews do though, that's legal as long as their citizens. Which is what Rep. Omar objects to. Kind of like her objection to Israel, Jews. In the Ummah. Not to be tolerated. There were once Jews in her home of Somalia. Not many any more.

Somalia, not palestine. I presume she didn’t like it there, but some leave these parts of the world to spread their ideology. That seems to be an objective of hers as well.

There are plenty of people of all religious and both sexes who are objectively intelligent, yet have little connection to basic reality. “Dumbth,” as Steve Allen put it.
Ms. Omar, however, seems to have difficulty with simple A and B.

I’m of two minds about both Rep. Omar and Rep. Ocasio-Cortez. The ideas they espouse are monumentally foolish and would be the end of our civilization, but they, themselves, are so ignorant and shallow that it’s hard not to laugh.
Maybe what’s really dangerous is not the young ladies but the people who elected them.
Is Omar the one who married her brother, in order to stay in the USA?
Time for Whitaker and/or DHS to launch an investigation into Omar’s marriage fraud (marrying, then divorcing her brother to get him a green card)
