Under the law, the utilities can levy steep fees on properties with large parking lots, long driveways, or big buildings...

Raindrops keep fallin’ on my head
But that doesn’t mean my eyes will soon be turnin’ red
Crying’s not for me
Cause I’m never gonna stop the rain by complainin’
Because I’m free
Nothing’s worryin’ me
(Except maybe those damn taxes)

The most appropriate song of all:
“As long as I remember
The rain’s been comin’ down
Clouds of mystery pourin’
Confusion on the ground....

Here it comes, another case of stupidity forcing every corporation with a parking lot to leave the state. And remember, stupid RAT reps don’t know they are stupid. Run, run for your corporate lives, run to the border as fast as you can.

What about all the roads and highways? With the new green deal they will order everybody to tear out all concrete and asphalt paving and replace with gravel. You won’t need the paving because there will be no cars or even beasts of burden. You won’t even have wheels. You will carry everything around on your back. When you need a taxi, some poor schmuck will show up and give you a ride on his rickshaw. Ain’t the future great?

Dems in NJ have not thought this through....there remains dust, snow, sleet, wind, lightning...in the end ALL weather is potentially taxable to the Democrat mind.

DemocRATS are BIG TAXERS. They plan to drive away the rich and their businesses with a minimum of a 70% tax rate.
When it FAILS TO GENERATE THE REVENUE the DemocRATS have already spent in advance, THEY WILL COME AFTER YOU!!

Let me tell you how it will be
There's one for you, nineteen for me
Cause I'm the taxman
Yeah, I'm the taxman
Should five percent appear too small
Be thankful I don't take it all
Cause I'm the taxman
Yeah, I'm the taxman
If you drive a car, I'll tax the street
If you try to sit, I'll tax your seat
If you get too cold, I'll tax the heat
If you take a walk, I'll tax your feet
Taxman
Cause I'm the taxman
Yeah, I'm the taxman
Don't ask me what I want it for
(taxman mr. Wilson)
If you don't want to pay some more
(Taxman mr. Heath)
Cause I'm the taxman
Yeah, I'm the taxman
Now my advice for those who die
Declare the pennies on your eyes
Cause I'm the taxman
Yeah, I'm the taxman
And you're working for no one but me
Taxman.

Against it all here. Just sayin’ the government control planners are looking for every way to tax everything and everybody, including the churches.

Well, THAT was my point. Churches have parking lots, and although they don’t pay property taxes, that rain tax will be one way to force them to pay a tax.
