LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles officials agreed Thursday to drop all criminal charges against one of the city’s most visible Black Lives Matter organizers as part of a negotiated arrangement, after hundreds of activists filed petitions, filled courtrooms and led rallies in recent weeks accusing prosecutors and police of using the charges to silence a critical voice.

Democrats have exempted themselves from the law wherever they have power. It is virtually impossible to successfully prosecute a prominent Democrat in a jurisdiction with Democrat police, prosecutors, judges, jurors, and governments, because they all #resist at every turn.
Democrats use the same “justice” system to persecute their opponents until they are driven from public life and completely ruined.
Shoplifting won’t get you arrested in LA, either.

It was part of the Weathermens’ tactics to disrupt the Chicago 7 trial but a lot of it was developed by the C7 trial attorneys, reds William Kunstler and Leonard Weinglass, based on the results of the Oakland 7 trial earlier. The O7 trial was a test of tactics “trial” by the Communist Party lawyers, esp. Charles R. Gary (the same guy Hillary Clinton interned with for the “Alex Rrackley torture/murder trial for Black Panther killers in New Haven Conn.”)
I heard Kunstler tell a group of us at a Communist Party front meeting in DC in March 1969, that the O7 trial was testing out essentially “jury nullification” and later “judge nullification” tactics, including using the leftist/anarchist/Marxist Yippies as some of their “shock” troops (Jerry Rubin and Abby Hoffman - my cousin was later an attorney for Hoffman on a trespassing charge at a military base. Hoffman was usually stones).
The WU would stage protests outside of the Court as an adjunct publicity action to that which was going on inside the court.
BLM is both a street thug movement and a black extremist organization who has copied what the communists have done in the past. Some of their leaders are hardcore black extremists, some are Marxists, and some are just crazy.
We’ve officially entered the era of mob rule.
