BINGO...the Clinton Foundation was as crooked and big as Jimmy Durante’s nose. Many crooked politicians were paid through that foundation I’m sure in some way. Uranium One....start and end there.

...also, even if “only grossly negligent”, it is still punishable.

I’ve always said the seminal Clinton scandal wasn’t Whitewater, Monicagate, the Travel Office debacle, or even the Clinton Foundation—it was the FBI background files that made their way to the White House early in Bubba’s first term, under the aegis of Craig Livingston (remember him?)

Raw, unverified material collected by the FBI during background investigations. Virtually all of the individuals whose files wound up in the Clinton’s hands were Republicans (what a surprise). Of course, the files were returned when the (ahem) “clerical error” was discovered. But not before the info made its way to Democrat investigators like Terry Lenzer and into multiple databases. And using that info as a starting point, there’s no telling what else they managed to dig up.

If you ever wondered why so many Republicans of a certain age refuse to go after the Clintons, the answer can probably be found in their background file.

Could he be right? We seem convinced that some junior justice department prosecutor could prosecute this without breaking a sweat. Yet they never make a move to investigate or indict. This is Trump’s justice department. Yet even he hasn’t pushed the issue. Maybe Comey is right?

I have said all along that Hillary Clinton would never be prosecuted. It has nothing to do with politics, either. It’s just impossible to prosecute her when the Clinton Foundation and her position as Secretary of State were set up explicitly to launder money for the CIA.

"...You are out of your mind if you don't think the FBI wanted to make a case if we could. The facts weren't there. Period. Full stop..."

Scum. Scum. Scum. Doubling down. Hillary Clinton, who richly deserves to be prosecuted with voluminous and ample evidence, won't ever answer for it, but not because there isn't evidence.

I would say that there is a zero to the infinite power that Hillary Clinton will ever be prosecuted. Period. Not only does Hillary know where all the bodies are buried, she caused most of them to be buried. She probably has dirt to one extent or the other on every politician in the
United States. They could, if they feel threatened that she will expose them enmasse, arrange for to have an “accident”. AS it now stands, it is a Mexican standoff between her and them. They don’t bother her. She doesn’t publicly air their dirty laundry. And she goes along merrily lying, ruining decent people’s lives, and causing this and that one to have “accidents”, and become victims of “crimes”.

Pretty unbelievable the double standard in our justice system.

I’m afraid, even with Trump as president, the people have lost the republic. Pretty sad.

After Trump...the deep state (shadow government) will pick up where they left off and drive this country toward totalitarian rule over the citizens.

Total big brother surveillance state.

I will testify. I was an active foreign service “information management” specialist - two COMSEC awards/manager, the person to was cited by Dip Security and Info Resource Mgmt for providing the proper policy to deal with SGT Chelsey Mannings Classified Doc Dump (while in Spain on Leave), and one who knows the Government and State’s classified networks. TRANSLATION: I could tell them that the Clinton Emails were transferred in two ways avoiding the Class/Unclass Networks, e.g., the Secretary Suite had a MODEM Line installed... and those nefarious PERSONAL Laptops and Thumb Drives. That fact that Hillary then co-mingled stolen SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED, AND CLASSIFIED onto her SERVER which had given access or could be hacked by users without any need to further email to FOREIGN PLAYERS (there is NO Unclassified security designation utilized by State - Colin Powell recognized everything is SENSITIVE in diplomacy while he upgraded State’s antiquated electronic systems his first two years & he com—mingled Agency and State Central Transmission Facility Coms resulting in a savings at Post of 1M per downsizing) . COMEY IS TRAITOR

He’s so full of crap.

It was not the Director's call then to pass on prosecution.

It is not Citizen Comey's call now to pass on prosecution.

The decision is totally within the Office of U.S. Attorney, overseen by DOJ

I think the deep state shadow government has no idea what it’s in store for when the radical young Bolsheviks finally take over.

Such people have a long history of liquidating their erstwhile allies. In the end they are going to end up
wishing they had stuck with Trump.

Until Comey and his treasonous cronies are hanging in gibbets, true justice will not be done.

There are too many pols and bureaucrats with dirty hands, to ever allow a trial for her Cankleness.

All of whom should be prosecuted and punished. The only way that happens is when WE THE PEOPLE take to the streets and demand it.

Add in the updated NSA version that Snowden revealed and no wonder we get the kabuki theater of “ investigations” no consequences for pols vs ordinary citizens.

Unlike the RATs, we want to see them caught and punished instead of lionized.

He was so convinced of that that he personally made the decision NOT to refer her for criminal charges. That’s what Grand Juries are for...

Sounds like a projection movie.
It could be called "Sweating Bullets".
