Former FBI Director James Comey said Monday there is "zero chance" Hillary Clinton will be prosecuted for her emails.
"There is zero chance, zero chance, on the facts in the Hillary Clinton case, that she would be prosecuted," Comey said during a town hall lecture in Sarasota, Fla. "You are out of your mind if you don't think the FBI wanted to make a case if we could. The facts weren't there. Period. Full stop."

Comey, who has been on a book tour for his life memoir A Higher Loyalty, during which he has repeatedly condemned Trump, lamented his status as a "semi-employed celebrity."
"I thought the easiest thing for me to do would be to be quiet. I dont love my life as a semi-employed celebrity, but I would be a coward if I didnt speak. Im really worried about the impact this president has on our values that we all have in common," he said.

Arent we tired of Jimmy the Weasel?
TRUMP should post this on his TWITTER feed.
On the emails, Comey is probably right. But the Clinton Foundation is another matter.
If I had handled classified data as poorly as she did I would just be getting out of a brutal federal prison after decades of breaking small rocks into big rocks ( I said that they’re brutal. ) On the outside I wouldn’t even be allowed near a classified ad or a Secret Santa.
Unfortunately, I believe that Comey is correct, though his reasoning is pure, unadulterated bravo sierra. There are too many pols and bureaucrats with dirty hands, to ever allow a trial for her Cankleness. A full investigation would shake to the roots of America, too many currently and formerly in power are involved, IMO. Her trial by man will never come. We must be satisfied by her Judgement by God.
Having held a security clearance (TS followed by the usual alphabet soup), I am startled by this. I was very clearly told what would happen if I mishandled classified material, and that did not include the FBI Director making multiple speeches about how it was okay for me to bring sensitive material home, or to email classified material to friends on an unclassified system.
Perhaps the Department of Defense and Department of State should update their lessons on handling classified material. “It’s okay to take this stuff home. It’s okay to email it to people who don’t have a clearance, if you first remove the classification markings. It’s okay if half the countries in the world can hack into your email and steal the classified material you mishandled.”
He’s so full of crap.
Comey; You Lie!
Nod to a previous SOTU.
no way, Jose!
the Clinton-Obama infrastructure, the deep state is still in place.
General Mueller is still on the front line leading the troops.
On the emails he waa dead wrong. Watch the video “mahogany row” for a detailed explanation of how they stole, removed classified markings, and knowingly illegally stored those emails. Then it explains why they did it (Clinton Foundation bribery) and how they were destroyed when under subpoena. Last, it explains how many foreign nations obtained full access to them due to her lax security.
The emails were a serious crime all by themselves. Comey is a lifelong criminal. And btw- has never made as much as a shoplifting arrest in his life. He’s a lawyer for a grifter and a dope bank. Nothing else
She wasn’t grossly negligent. She did it all knowingly and deliberately - with malice and forethought
Yes, because . . .
It’s perfectly normal for any lawyer to substitute “intent” for “gross negligence” in a statute
It’s prefectly normal that any ex Senator and Secy of State, with a team of advisers, would EVER suspect that a private unsecured server in a bathroom of all places, would be illegal on many counts
It’s perfectly normal that the same would EVER suspect that unsecured server could EVER be hacked by anyone, especially enemies of this country
And it’s perfectly normal that politics should corrupt the FBI
He listed her crimes in his report. Trump is giving her a pass. And also on pay for access, uranium, the foundation, 5 billion missing from state. He and his appointments helping destroy rule of law
No, she won’t. But I do see her dying a painful, wasting death as her body fails her. Aided by the evil in her heart and the disease in her mind. I won’t shed a tear.
And normal to destroy evidence
I know they had a case lined up and ready to go. There are many many true Patriots working in the FBI that want justice....It was poo poo’d by the tall douche bag himself and others.....it is a gawd awful shame and a sad day in the intelligence community when they don’t prosecute someone with this much corruption under her belt. They all profited some how. Watch their bank accounts...
They make it sound like she was a doddering old woman who sent the wrong email home.
Watch the YouTube video mahogany row for details of the process of stealing and scrubbing and using them for personal gain.
“Lock her up!” was nothing more than campaign bluster.”
Perhaps Madame Albright was partially correct ... About the special hell reserved for certain women. And perhaps Madam Albright mischaracterized who exactly who those certain women were.
There is no doubt that Hillary and her minions committed multiple crimes. The problem is that given the FBIs many mistakes and Comeys contemporaneous statements, it would be well-nigh impossible to prosecute her.
I know that as do you. ...just paraphrasing Comey.
All one needs to do is look at precedent and the Espionage Act against what she did.
It’s a slam dunk...what is astonishing is the video of her saying “why would anyone ever use email?” - due to it being traceable. She admitted her criminality right there. So her solution, in an age where you can’t not use email, was to make it all under her control.
People knew it was a problem. Obama knew it and used it. They should all be in prison.
