I've had the misfortune of meeting and getting to know quite a few members of the House and Senate and, with the exception of a very few, they are truly some of the dumbest damned people I've ever known. Moreover, they're arrogant and badly mistaken about their intellect - what little they have. Even people with cognitive "limitations" realize it; not these knuckleheads...
