I read this today in Imprimis and this passage from the article doese a good job explaining what has happened to us. I knew it but I could not put my finger on it or concise words to it.
We have moved from Normal politics to Regime politics or Ideologue politics as I call it. No longer are we debating the means to a common end we are fighting over what the end will be and what we stand for. This vendetta is all part of the new fight and the left intends to win anyway it can’
Political scientists sometimes distinguish between normal politics and regime politics. Normal politics takes place within a political and constitutional order and concerns means, not ends. In other words, the ends or principles are agreed upon; debate is simply over means. By contrast, regime politics is about who rules and for what ends or principles. It questions the nature of the political system itself. Who has rights? Who gets to vote? What do we honor or revere together as a people?

just heard Sidney Powell on “The Mark Levin Show” discussing her new book on this very subject. She was an AUSA (Assistant US Attorney) and new how corrupt Mueller and Weissmann were and still are.
I just wonder what FBI Director Wray and possible AG Barr will do with the Mueller Vendetta Final Report. If they are smart, they will bury it so deep that the Mongolians will find it one day in the Gobi Desert.
If Mueller and his criminal gang is allowed to falsely accuse and even try to jail more innocent people (of his “perjury traps”), the if the Dems take back the Senator or the presidency in 2020/2024, then democracy in America is finished and armed revolt will be very possible.
I’ve never seen such political corruption in US politics in my 74 years including time working for Congress and aiding congressional committees.
Epilogue: One thing Trump can do, post Report, is to thank Mueller for his work and then remove the security clearances of all of Mueller and all of his gang, giving as the reason that they pose “threats to national security and the judicial system”.
Wouldn’t that be a “hoot”? The Left would go berserk and we could then start picking them off, politically, one at a time.
A Department of Justice Public Corruption prosecutor and he’s even the least bit concerned about Donald Trump Jr. (whom I might remind you is NOT a government employee in any sense) yet the whole Clinton gang with their deleted emails, Clinton Foundation fraud, pedophile ring and use of the Steele dossier to get wiretaps on a duly elected president-elect is allowed to skate without so much as an indictment. And you wonder why we’ve lost all confidence in the trust and impartiality of our federal institutions. It’s astonishing and yet it’s not.

It has been disturbing to see how Manafort has been treated for the last few months. I really thought someway would have been found by now to get him out of jail. None of this would have began without Jeff Sessions sitting silently by and passively watching others take control.
There are so many frustrating, puzzling and unanswered questions about this Administration.
There are still many federal workers from the Obama Administration coming to work every day, even now. Workers who see it as their mission to destroy, block or delay much of the Trump agenda. Why?
