I’m exceedingly concerned. We are heading down a brutal path at breakneck speed. So many things that we would never have believed would become “mainstream” have become “religious” tenets of this brave new society established by the most corru0t, sordid and mentally deranged amongst us. Even the Nazis would take a back seat to the current culture that rules America.

White privilege. I’m so sick of that term. I keep hearing it over and over and over again. Among friends. Among my church folks. So tired of it. A well off black man from a well off family has far more privilege than a poor white person. People do benefit from some advantages others don’t have, but race is hardly the biggest advantage. Wealthy background, being healthy, being good looking, being part of a protected class.. ect ect ect. all confer great advantages. What may seem like an advantage in some cases may in fact be a disadvantage in other cases.

What the leftists like AO-C don’t seem to process is that this “privilege” concept they’re continually beating us over the head with is entirely based on situation and/or location. Are there situations/places in today’s USA where it is advantageous to be white? Yeah. Are there situations/places in today’s USA where it is advantageous to be black? Yeah. The “privilege” is a function of your surroundings.
Moreover, I would argue that the concept of “privilege” is essentially the inverse of the older idea of “discrimination.” Meaning, rather than pointing out the discrimination that a black person may feel in some situations and condemning those who would discriminate on the basis of race, the leftists have converted this situation into a wide-spread accusation, that white people have “privilege” in all places/situations.
Finally, in 2019 I would argue that if you want to talk about “privileges” that others don’t have that have the most positive impact on a person’s life, I would say having two married parents that pass down a coherent value system, who value education, who have expectations for their kids, all in the context of a stable household is a much greater indicator of future success than being white. So, I acknowledge my dual-parent household privilege. I did nothing to earn it.
Painful as in no more DC/Big Government. The country did pretty well when “the Government” was shut down.
AOC reminds me of Michael Jackson. Nobody in her close circle of friends is willing to tell her she’s a nut job. Let’s hope she keep blabbing away. She is the GOP’s secret weapon.
So, to make things better for everybody, we should work hard to make sure that, at birth, everybody identifies as white, and then teach them to identify with their actual sex.
Then everybody can be privileged.
