Trump's offer was for congressional DACA legislation (without a path to citizenship) in exchange for congressional wall funding legislation.

If congress doesn't give him this and he is forced to do executive action, that deal is dead. He then owes congress nothing on DACA and could and should do wall funding on its own.

Morrissey knows very well that the issue of DACA’s constitutionally and the Supreme Court DOES NOT apply to congressional action - but only executive actions that Trump would take if they do not act.

Morrissey, in RINO slime fashion, is demanding that Trump give the Democrats what they want even if they refuse giving him what he wants. Just the type of deal RINOs have been making for decades.

SCOTUS deadlocked 4-4 on DAPA, effectively defeating the program by deferring to the Appeals Court decision. They are a bit more conservative now with Gorsuch and Kavanaugh on board. When DACA litigation from the States AG suit reaches them the chances are not good that Obongo's notion will survive.
