On Monday evening in Houston, a dozen armed men broke into the home of Dennis Tuttle and Rhogena Nicholas, a middle-aged couple who had lived in the house at 7815 Harding Street for at least two decades. The first man through the door, who was armed with a shotgun, used it to kill one of the couple's dogs. Tuttle responded to the home invasion by grabbing a revolver and shooting the man with the shotgun, who collapsed on a sofa in the living room. As Nicholas tried to disarm the intruder, his accomplices shot her. Tuttle returned fire, and by the end of the shootout he and his wife were both dead. Four of the assailants were hit by gunfire, while a fifth injured his knee.

I'm not wrong yet. This officer has to be convicted to be guilty of murder. You're aware that a defendant is innocent in a court of law until proven guilty? How officers that are charges end up being convicted?
You're the one that proclaimed the officers guilty before one was charges. You're still doing it that before a jury or conviction.

You are aware a conviction is needed for a murder to have occurred and that hasn't happened yet?

No, they weren't shot because they were pronounced guilty. They were shot because a pit bull was turned loose on police officers and one of them had firearm.
The moral of the story is -- don't resist arrest. If the police do something illegal, then there are legal ways of holding them accountable.

The ONLY way the officer is going to be found guilty is if the other officers there testify that he wasn't acting in self-defense. And, no one has any idea if that is going to be the case.

This not comparable to Hillary's email because it was determined she did put out classified information on a private server. Comey concluded that and refused to press charges.

No firearms were recovered from the murdered couple.

Do you really think the cop was charged with two counts of murder with a weak case? Cops ALWAYS get the benefit of the doubt.
