A Virginia lawmaker sent an email to her constituents Wednesday night apologizing for attaching her name to a controversial abortion bill without reading it closely enough.
In a newsletter, Del. Dawn Adams, D-Richmond, said she "did not exercise due diligence" before co-sponsoring the abortion legislation with Del. Kathy Tran, D-Fairfax. Tran became the focus of a social media firestorm this week after Republicans circulated video of her saying the bill would allow abortions up until the moment of birth if one doctor certified that the mother's physical or mental health was at risk.
"I made a mistake, and all I know to do is to admit it, tell the truth, and let the chips fall where they may," said Adams, a first-term delegate who won a close upset victory in 2017 in her suburban district and could face a competitive re-election campaign this year.

She’s a nurse? If she still practices nursing when not legislating (a distinct probability in Virginia, since legislative offices are part-time) I’d like to know what medical facilities employ her so that my family can AVOID them. They have a Mengele working for them. Some medical practitioner.
Her apology came after she found out the public/voters are vehemently against this. And not knowing what she is voting on is a non excuse.
Not sure about everyone else, but what if she was your mother? I have one son, i just can’t imagine him marrying someone that would end the life of the most innocent. When i read of sieges in The Bible about babies boiled in mothers milk, i am horrified. These chicks would steam their vaginas with it.
Yes, but there is a larger problem and this is that “churches” tell parishioners that abortion is good. So far, no one is forced to have an abortion but it’s probably a matter of time.

What most congress people do, is not doing their job. We have heard many times from many of these arrogant political hacks, “I don’t have time to read 2500 pages” “I give it to my interns and they tell me what its all about” Im sorry doesn’t cut it when it becomes law, whether you knew what it was about, agreed, signed it, and now try to soften it up for us stupid people, or you are that stupid. Im thinking you are that despicable,deceitful and deceiving

Either she’s a lousy liar, or she’s been allowed to do this because the Dems are worried about the seat. If it’s the former, she’s dead meat politically. She just left Northam and Tran twisting in the wind.

It’s worth saving in that every last one of them needs to be terminated in an epic fashion that will not soon be forgotten.
But yeah, beyond that, it’s really not worth it, nor is it savable.
Lesson learned, if you are going to create a free country, do not create the mechanisms that the Left will corrupt in order to control you.
But if you then do that anyway, make sure you teach your children the value and cost of freedom, otherwise the Left will teach them about control and fascism.
Government and freedom cannot coexist, and neither can freedom exist with communist indoctrinated children, because we will be gone soon enough, and they will remain.
Game over.
