California Sen. Kamala Harris (D) on Sunday officially kicked off her 2020 presidential bid. She gave a speech in her hometown of Oakland, with her messaging focusing on unity and equality.
“With faith in God, with fidelity to country and with the fighting spirit I got from my mother, I stand before you today to announce my candidacy for president of the United States," she said. "I'm running to fight for an America where the economy works for all people. For an America where you only have to work one job to pay the bills."
Harris' campaign message is focusing solely on running "for the people." Signs could be seen that said "Kamala Harris for the People."

You are so right. She is a very nasty woman. The media is wrong about she having a high likeability rating.
She also had a dog whistle in there for those who believe that the police unfairly target black people. So rest assured that she will exploit the race issue the same way that Obama did, if she gets a chance.
If the media has to tell us someone is likable, they're not likable. Nobody is telling is Beto is likable.

well she must not be a democrat - they kicked God out years ago, they are trying to change our country away from it’s foundational roots, and they aren’t for people working a job so much as encouraging mooching off the govt.

While switching channels yesterday evening, I passed by a channel playing her speech.
All I heard was “... white supremacists ...” before I clicked past.
Why yes, yes it is. Her mantra could be: “You can still sleep your way to a presidential run!” Uh, willie brown, I hope it was good for you cause it sure ain’t good for us.
