Yes....you remind us of that every stinking day.
I keep wondering when you'll expend half that energy rallying your fellows to never let it happen again.
Under the National Emergencies Act, Congress by veto proof majority can override a Presidential declaration of National Emergency. The court, has no place in the process. Re. nationalizing industries, that I believe would be a different situation as it would be essentially stealing from the owners which has no basis under the Constitution. Again, this is a separation of powers issue and Congress is the authority to override the President in this situation, not the courts and especially not a circuit court trying to create national law.
During the primaries, Rush called Rubio a “full-throated conservative.”
BS Barbra Streisand, Rush.
Oh, he's "full-throated" alright.
Yeah. That is ironic :-)
The results of having an ineligible usurper should have been enough to convince them. smh
He corrupted every agency and turned them against the citizens.
He recklessly ignored laws and made some up on his own and we still can’t get rid of DACA.
He has stacked the courts with true believers that don’t care what the law says.
In more than one agency, his minions are still in charge.
Neither party will stand for the Constitution and the citizens don’t have standing to stand for it.
Yada, yada, yada.
Bunch of worthless moaning without a trace of real fight.
The sum total of your message is, "Give up, patriots. The country is lost."
You're working for the enemy and don't even know it.
Texas is still electing Bushes.
So are Democrats and that's always a good thing.
I was actually waiting for this exact move from Rubio!
He’s part of the rat swamp!
John McCain Rubio!!!!
Both...are true.
Then why do you think a Judge can stop him from invoking a National Emergency?
Dondi can ESAD.
I agree, Marco. So what's the holdup?
Was trying to be succinct and expected you would understand - but if Trump doesn't cave it most certainly will be up for a vote.
We should expect the House will continue with impeachment if Trump continues with the wall. The question of whether he remains in office will turn on the votes thereafter to Convict in the Senate by a) Senate Democrats, b) the Senate Rino's and c) Senate R's that might go wobbly at the last minute after assuring him they had his back.
What's worse, if the socialist dems think they already have the votes, they may not even bother going to court.
As it is now, he goes to bed every night wondering whether they will throw him out of office for providing adequate national security.
Why must so many Latino politicians (aside from Raphael “Ted” Cruz) stick with the supposed concerns of their ethnic demographic? #Hispandering

The House will push toward impeachment whether Trump caves in to their will, or not. His very existence is a cause for constant angst and anger to them. The wall is only an incidental justification for their hatred of the man.
Cutting to the chase, Congress will push a detonator switch on this country if they impeach him. That, you can depend on.
The courts will do the same thing if they try to prevent him from exercising his authority to declare a state of emergency.
Don't change the subject, whiner.
Buck up, or stay in the truck.
