The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC)'s Teaching Tolerance project doubled down, however, seeking to teach a lesson.
On Friday, Teaching Tolerance senior writer Cory Collins warned that hearing "both sides" of this story is not enough. He suggested that because Sandmann — a teenager so roundly mocked and villainized by the media that his parents have hired a lawyer to sue for libel or slander — had unique privilege in this situation, America's teachers should focus on Phillips's experience as a teaching moment about the oppression of Native Americans.

I would say that suing SPLC would be going after a plump-@$$ bird, but they would just hide their money in an offshore bank account in the Caymans that much sooner.

I am so relieved the SPLC is taking up the cause for Northern Indians. For a while I was loosing a lot of sleep that there was no one out there to champion them.
I saw the kids lawyer on Watters World, and he listed a number of people who are going to be sued. I hope the SPLC is added to that list. It would be nice to see the kids take possession of their huge, lavish Poverty Palace in Montgomery.
I blame the SPLC of racism.

The other side, though, is absolutely promoting a real live civil war because they are impossible to talk to. There can be zero communication when words don't have definitions. Liberals in this country simply run at the mouth. Blaming MAGA hats for the inexcusable behavior of really bad people makes it impossible to communicate. That is, there is no basis for communication.
