Since the Democrats are now amoral and irreligious, this country has nothing to keep it from collapsing on itself.
However you look at it Trump was outfoxed by a slimy worm and a demented old lady. He still does not know how to wield the power he has. Until he learns and surrounds himself with people who support his agenda instead of old globalist generals and neo cons, he will continue to fail. This is not a scripted reality show where he grandiosely fires the fools at the end and the audience goes to bed happy. He still does not have control of executive agencies. BTW there are still enough senior Obama operatives at CIA, State and the Pentagon who will do all they can to protect Maduro.

You are spot on. I posted that on another thread and Was chastised for it. We are looking at a one-term president who surrounds himself with swamp creatures and lacks the foresight to see they’re all against him. Supported him up until this latest debacle. I look forward to posting on the old thread when the can is kicked down the road 3 weeks from now with no funding and an XO that will be tied up in court proceedings past his presidency. Trump blew it when he has both houses of Congress. Should have forced it back then. JMO

Everyone’s an armchair activist in today’s world. I’m over half a century old and have called and emailed my congressmen, written the White House. Have I gotten a response? Yes once on an unrelated item to POTUS and agenda. I got a response from the white house on a military matter. Good news I guess is that someone read my correspondence.

Okay. They steal elections and count until they win, so there goes voting. My GOP rep and state reps have never answered a single letter. What else do you have in mind?
I wrote a letter to my Senators asking:
How many illegal immigrants are in the USA?
How many sneak in every year?
How much does it cost yearly to provide welfare, feed, cloth, house, educate, provide medical care, provide courts and prisons for illegal immigrants?
What is your plan to pay off the debt?
No answer. They do not know the answers. They want to pass the debt to their children and grandchildren. They have no shame.
The Deep State might just be untouchable at this point. Between the IC openly plotting a coup against a sitting President, federal worker unions preventing the President from building a wall, left wing judges in San Francisco issuing national injunctions, civil servant sabotage campaigns, the Fed raising rates after eight years of zero interest under Obama, it’s becoming increasingly clear that we do not control the government, it controls us.
Looks that way to me. I support Trump but he is not the go for broke scorched earth crusader that will save us. I fear it’s just too late.

No, I think it was the RINOs in the Senate voting for the DemocRATs bill. I think, however, that Trump is regrouping. I don't think he's given up. Pelosi and Schumer will never know what happened.

Democrats were willing to allow a plane to crash just so they could blame it on Trump. They have fake news media on their side. So in meantime Trump has 3 weeks to allow Congress to come up with a deal. If nothing, he will call a national emergency.
