The Prosecutor is the one who evaluates the level of force needed for an arrest. For this kind of trivial crap they usually just notify his attorney and arrange a date for an arraignment. All normally very civilized.

I mean Tillerson, Sessions, Kelly, Racid Penis, Mad Dick Mattis, Wray, and now this apparently worthless a$$hole he’s nominated for AG, have all taken their jobs and proceeded for all they are worth to f*ck him!

And now, after two years, McScrotumneck is “thinking” about changing the filibuster rules for appointments so he can get more judges through this next year! This pack of worthless a$$holes, collectively known as the US Senate, think more highly about the “preservation of their vaunted rules,” that in doing constructive things for our country. Just think about the thousands of the “Magic Negro’s” appointees still lounging around trying to f*ck things up in the working levels of our government departments, and the RAT judges messing with Trump at every turn in the road, while the Senate sits around preening themselves about what a “wonderful institution” they are. Try putting on a straightjacket ( so yo won’t harm your TV) and watching a Senate vote on CSPAN. Something that should take five minutes, tops, takes hours, while this pack of feckless turds wander around the Senate chamber jacking each other off to while away the time.
