Mr. Phillips walked up to Mr. Sandmann, stood face-to-face, without saying a word while banging his tom-tom and he claims he was trying to de-escalate the situation.

He then changed his story to say he was trying to walk up to the Lincoln memorial when Mr. Sandmann blocked his path.

Mr. Sandmann didn't block Mr. Phillips. Mr. Phillips walked DIRECTLY up to Mr. Sandmann and didn't even attempt to walk around him.

Mr. Phillips oozes lies and the mainstream media reports the verifiable lies as the truth.
