Oftentimes, when thugs act in a menacing way toward others, it's to determine if they're vulnerable. If they exhibit vulnerability, they've opened themselves to attack. Those boys did absolutely the correct thing staying where they were. They didn't initiate the contact, either with the "Black Israelites" or the Indians looking for a confrontation.

I do hope they sue the media and anyone else who slandered them, enough for their college educations to be paid for.

My husband had a point- what’s the difference between someone getting up in the face of another person with their Bible inches from that person’s face while chanting over and over, “Jesus loves you this I know, Jesus loves you this I know.”, and what Nathan Phillips did?? Would that be considered ok??
