The day after the end of the NFL season, when teams fire allegedly underperforming head coaches, is known as Black Monday. This year that nickname was a tad too on the nose. Of the seven NFL head coaches fired, five are black.

The NFL's low number of white players is evidence of systematic racism.
The article says that the NFL is over 70% black. Yet blacks are only about 17% of the USA population. This is evidence of systemic racism in the NFL.
They need to hire more white players!!!
And while I’m at it, why does every stinkin’ commercial have to have black people in it? If it’s not a black couple it’s an interracial couple. Shouldn’t only 17% of commercials have black people in them?

(Please note however that most of the black women they use in those commercials are pretty hot)
It’s about organizations being free to hire. Whoever they believe is the best candidate. It’s about Freedom.
They might have something if they couldnt point to the fact these coaches didnt generate winning results.
I believe the goal of the race card / race baiting industry is to deliberately make things worse, to foment trouble and hate, between the races, in order to make themselves more relevant and keep themselves employed and getting media attention.
See, there's a problem right there. A 70% black league? You can't have this sort of chit. There's serious work needs to be done getting the demographics of the league in line with the actual population breakdown.
So is the high proportion of black NFL players also the result of systemic racism?
NOT to mention LOSING RECORDS.

And what about all the hot chick cheerleaders? SEXIST! The NFL must hire fat ugly broads just to level out the playing field.

Why doesn’t the NBA pick me up? Because I am old and white. Doesn’t matter that I can’t jump or play defense. It is all racist.
And the owners would all stand around going “what happened?”

Let the Black coaches have two losses each year that do not go against their record.

What about the 72% of Black players? It should only be 12% if we are going to do it right. Right?
How many black head coaches have won Superbowls? Mike Tomlin and then there’s who? Most of them are losers hired as virtue signals by ultra rich lib owners who then hang on for way longer with the loser way longer than they would with a whitey. These are the teams I love to see on my favorite team’s schedule.
While they’re at it they should advocate about the lack of black airline pilots too.
Winning still, apparently, means more than filling quotas in the NFL.
