I live in Washington State, and I think our laws have been similar to these for a long time. Abortion is legal up to viability or at any time if the pregnancy “endangers the health or life of the mother” (which means it can be for pretty much anything). There is no waiting period, and no parental consent is required for anyone under 18. Not many people seem to be aware of this, probably because it’s been that way for a long time, and no one asks...? I would love to see it brought to light like the NY law. Are there any other Washingtonians on here who know about this? Thanks in advance! And yes, Gosnell gets five stars from me, fantastic movie.
When our country that was founded on the moral principles of Christianity debases itself makes me extremely sad. If we’re not closely entering the end of the Age then it’s going to be a long slog through even more horrifying events than what these evil humans have in store for their fellow beings. The Left always label things the opposite of what they really are. “Reproductive rights” as nothing to do with reproduction, but the right to kill.
Could you imagine that no parental notification is required for minors when in most states they can’t get piercings or tattoos without parental consent?
Abortion truly is the centerpiece of the left, and now as back then the target is the non-white population. From esteemed justice Ginsburg (/s): “It makes no sense as a national policy to promote birth only among poor people” and “Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.”

Killing babies immediately before birth was not on the table in 1973, though later Supreme Court decisions do cover it.
If there is no baby, then it is not reproductive health. ANYTHING that results in a pregnancy ending with no living baby is not reproductive.
