House Speaker Nancy Pelosi Blocks President Trump Entry into Capitol Building – Confirms State of Union Speech Cancellation…
It looks like Speaker of The House Nancy Pelosi has no intention of allowing the House chamber to be used for a State of the Union address.
Speaker Pelosi has informed the House Sergeant at Arms that no executive branch official will be permitted entry into the Capitol building.
Earlier Fox News reported Pelosi cancelled a walkthrough last week, and a second request for reconsideration from the White House is expected to meet the same fate. The House Speaker controls who is, and who is not, permitted entry to the House floor. Until Speaker Pelosi calls for a vote to support a joint session of congress, the President cannot enter the chamber.
Deputy White House Press Secretary Hogan Gidley discusses the status of the current shutdown negotiations and the likelihood a SOU address will have to take place outside Washington DC.

Sorry to burst the bubble that BOTOX is her problem. Doesn’t get to the brain. I’ve had BOTOX shots around both my eyes to keep my eyelids open. Have a short in my wiring that keeps me from opening them when they shut. Just imagine that every time you blink, your eyelids won’t open. I’ve had the BOTOX shots every three months for 27 years. Five around each eye. So far they have kept me functioning and I’m still working at age 85. Any brain loss I have is from old age. I forget which file I put things in from time to time. :)

I’m not asking for a vote, I am asking him to exercise his authority. If congress wants to take it away let them try. You can’t respond to an emergency or protect the country by judicial fiat one our handful of judges at a time or Truman would never have dropped the bomb.
This will be her greatest failure.

Places thst he could deliver the speech from:
1. The Border Patrol headquarters building.
2. One of the many sieves crossing places on the border.
3. In front of Nanzi’s walled mansion complex.
4. In a stadium filed with americans who have lost loved ones or been injured by illegal aliens.
Better yet. deliver the speech in the huge Washington National Cathedral (seating capacity 4000 plus change).
Then watch the 'Rat heads really explode, LOL.

Nancy is setting a precedent that any future president may be refused permission to access by either Senate or House vote.
Fox reported today that in the past both Houses have approved joint session as required pro forma.
She’s giving Trump more yardage per move than a KC defensive back last Sunday gave Brady.

I think you meant AT&T Stadium (Jerry’s World), which isn’t even in the same County as Dallas; it’s in Arlington.
That’s where I’ve been thinking it should be held, since all of Pelosi’s childish actions would indicate it will likely be somewhere other than the House.
Tons of fun in a covered venue with great TV and huge crowd that backs Pres. Trump.
Many folks, all day, have suggested the Oval Office.
I disagree. It is too somber a venue and doesn’t provide for a large crowd.
He should give the SOTUS to a wide media coverage in a setting filled with thousands.
