It would be curious to be there on x-day when everyone starts to leave and you have planes landing every ten minutes to pick up their VIPs and immediately leave.

Maybe some day in the future, some genius will create some kind of communication device that can handle two-way audio and video so that these elitists don’t have to waste their money on jet fuel and hotel bills.
I’d wager that more resources are wasted in a single dinner here are far greater than my entire city block would generate in an entire year
