Are the pathetic convictions Mueller got (Cohen, Manafort) not the result of indictments? What about the indictment of the 17 Russians? If so then the report should be released, yes?
The report from the special counsel to the AG would only contain a summary of the indictments, plus any additional information to explain why cases were NOT prosecuted, if applicable. The indictments are public information. Other grand jury proceedings are not.
