New York Bill Allowing Abortions Up to Birth Says a Person is Only “A Human Being Who Has Been Born”

New York’s leaders are pushing an extreme pro-abortion bill that will strip away all protections for unborn babies and some for mothers, too.

The “Reproductive Health Act” redefines a “person” as “a human being who has been born and is alive,” according to Breitbart.The state bill also describes abortion as a “fundamental right.”

This language will allow unborn babies to be aborted for basically any reason up to birth in New York. It looks like it will pass in the new Democrat-controlled state legislature this winter. Gov. Andrew Cuomo has threatened to hold up the budget until it does.

The legislation goes beyond Roe v. Wade, allowing abortions even when the Supreme Court has said states may regulate them, according to the pro-life leaders. Late-term abortions, which currently are illegal in New York, would be allowed, and non doctors would be allowed to perform them...

Something is wrong in the minds of individuals who do not recognize that they are killing human beings who have not reached the point that they can defend themselves. These people have not developed to the point where reason dominates their lives. They are the ones responsible for the murder of developing human beings in their mother’s wombs. Feel bad for them!

I mentioned another place that these are the dynamics in play here.

Democrats:

(1) Defend illegal aliens and demand they be covered under the Constitution of the Unite States, to defeat any attempts to get things under control

(2) Say that the unborn have no rights under the Constitution of the United States until they are born

(3) Then they demand that anyone who causes an unborn baby to die, should be tried for murder

While I agree with (3), it completely nullifies number 2. And as for number one, B. S. Leftards.

I believe that once conception has occurred, the baby has rights.

We’ll argue about this until the cows come home, but certainly the second and third trimester, it’s just obvious there’s a little human being there.

If it has a heartbeat, it’s “protected”.

Look, I want it to go to the conception test, but I’m willing to go baby steps to get there, as long as we’re making progress.

In reality here is the simple fact of life:

As humans, the Righteous can tolerate the wicked to some extent as we understand that God extended his love & patience to us while we were yet sinners.

The way I view it is that at conception it is/was created by God himself with a single purpose and therefore if left alone it eventually will grow to become a fully developed human being otherwise known as a creation of God himself as intended.

The NY law defines “person”, not “human”. This is by design, since “person” cannot be defined except by fiat. “Human” is objectively simple to define, making it not useful for these butchers’ purposes.

Note also that Cuomo threatened to hold up the budget until this passes. All my progressive acquaintances insist that President Trump is anti-democratic for doing the same thing.

Like Adolph Hitler, they talked openly of what they would do if in power again. I've seen several of them at Yahoo talk openly. Just recently one of them said they are coming after conservatives.
