Meeting the Constitutional requirement would take about ten minutes and two sheets of paper.
Then get the largest indoor arena you can find and invite the people if Nancy doesn’t want to hear it!

I’m thinking the American people should “cancel” any future State of the Union addresses by Democrat “presidents”.
Congress can’t “cancel” anything of the sort. They can decline to attend. That’s it.
Once DJT announces his MAGA State of the Union (hopefully in a warm clime) I’ll be booking a room at the nearest, best hotel :)
