John Avlon is CNN's snarkiest commentator. I sincerely believe he stays up nights working on sarcastic quips designed to get him noticed. But this morning, it was an apparent ad lib that is of note.
On New Day, Alisyn Camerota asked why President Trump hasn't accepted a deal that would end the partial government shutdown. Co-host John Berman, referring to a statement by Ann Coulter, offered an explanation, saying he had "a sign, a word from up above." Avlon interjected:
"Whoa, whoa: directionally off!"

CNN commentator John Avlon suggests Ann Coulter speaks from hell.
Ping to Liberal Media Criticism list.
Exactly what deal is she talking about? The democRATS have refused come to the table to negotiate a deal.
There is no deal on the table, Camerota, unless you think the democRATS telling Trump "our way or no deal" is a deal.
Love Ann Coulter.
At least for Mark Finkelstein.
He's been watching too much TV.
Somebody give him a break for fresh air.
Whats Avlons freeper handle?
Well, she does sound like the worst nagging wife...
“I sincerely believe he stays up nights working on sarcastic quips..”
I doubt that. Quips like that are natural to unethical, dishonest, characterless people like Avlon
Thank you!
LOL: yes, probably not my most earth-shattering post [governs=Finkelstein.] But I do think it reflects the way that the liberal media quite literally demonizes Ann Coulter.
That is a classic. One mongoloid insinuates that a sign from above is bad. Another insinuates a sign from below is bad. They have no clue what so ever.
