Am I mistaken or isn’t the date of the SOTU written in the governing docs of the USA?

And it says....”From time to time”....

Article II, Section III only says “from time to time”.

No, no date is specified, and, in fact, no address is even required. The Constitution simply says that the President must report on the SOTU from time to time. It could be in writing, for instance.

No. The Constitution says that the President "...shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the state of the union, and recommend to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient..." The means and timing are not specified. Woodrow Wilson was the first president since Thomas Jefferson to present the State of the Union in person. Before that it was done in writing, usually sent in December.

and the President needs to be invited to the House... could he be invited to give SOTUA in the Senate Chambers?

That there would be a report to Congress, not the date. And Presidents initially made a written report, not one in person. I forget which president began delivering it in person.

Look at the thugs running 'intelligence' under Obama - they thought they had the right to pick who would be President... no different than the old KGB thugs

There is no date given, nor does it have to be given in person.

I believe it is. Trump doesn't have to deliver the State of the Union before a joint session of congress.
He could deliver it right from the good ol Oval Office.

I believe he has to be invited to the House Chamber, but since Nancy Pelosi is building a wall around the Chamber he would have to write it and send it
